Goa to Mangalore by train

The Konkan railway is a 740 km (460 mi) stretch between Mumbai and Mangalore along the western coastline and western ghats. We boarded this train at Madgaon (Goa) at 8AM for a 4 hour journey to Mangalore. Kids were super excited since it was their very first train journey ever, and boy did they have fun! The train was very clean and even had blankets and power jacks for recharging our portable devices. At Madgaon station, wifi was free!
